History
The Founder of RiddCo comes from a long line of pioneer builders. Weston Ridd chose to continue the legacy started by his seventh great grandfather William. Willliams Son, William II, made the brave journey to America leaving the ridd cottage behind. William II settled in the Salt Lake valley.
With sawdust in his veins, he continued carpentry taught by his father. His talents and skills were put to use in the construction of the Tabernacle, the Salt Lake Temple and many other surrounding buildings. Carpentry skills and honest, hard work continued their legacy of business integrity down through seven generations of Ridds, now placing the hammer in Weston’s hands.

Weston has over 25 years of building and remodeling experience, bringing his commitment to quality and beauty through craftsmanship to every job, no matter how small. He is an active member of the National Association of Home Builders Remodeling and Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association.
